Minutes of the AGM held on 3rd November 2008
Present: Susan Whitfield (Chair), Janice Margrett (Treasurer), Sharon Pearce (Secretary), Karen Martin (Booking Secretary), Jacky Priddle, Kevin Priddle, Ian Hawkins, Norma Hawkins, Sue Stone, Linda Oakes.
Apologies: John Rippon.
Minutes of last AGM: Read and agreed.
Chair’s Annual Report Susan read a written report on the year’s events.
Treasurer’s Report Janice presented the income and expenditure accounts for the year ended 30th September. Andrew Welch was paid £30 for auditing the accounts.
Resignations Sandie and Robert Smith resigned from the committee.
Committee then resigned and new committee elected as follows:

Any other business: Playgroup had been approached for a representative to join the committee. Unfortunately we still do not have a member from their organisation on the committee.
